CELEBRATING HINDI DIWAS AT EFS

“हिंदी मेरा ईमान है, हिंदी मेरी पहचान है।
हिंदी हूँ मैं, वतन भी मेरा प्यारा हिंदुस्तान है।“

These words rightly express the love for Hindi language in the country. Hindi Diwas is officially observed on the 14th of September across India. To mark the day, the tiny tots of EFS celebrated the day in their unique ways.

Students put forward endearing performances to highlight the richness of Hindi Language. Dressed as Rani Laxmibai, a student very expressively recited a Hindi poetry titled, ‘Jhansi Wali Rani’. Dressed up as mouse and elephant, students recited fun poems based on the animals. Through recitations coupled with actions, the little ones elevated the experience of enjoying Hindi poetry. It not only brought them closer to their love for Hindi language and culture, but it also built their interest for the language. The celebration of Hindi Diwas was a wonderful way to familiarize students with the beauty of Hindi language and its wide range of poetry.
