Elpro International School (EIS) observed 73rd Republic Day of India with great enthusiasm. Students of EIS hosted the morning assembly titled ‘Bharat Meri Shaan’ to celebrate the spirit of independent and individual India. The celebration witnessed the unfurling of Indian Flag at the school premises, followed by an array of performances to commemorate the occasion.

The assembly shed light on the Constitution of India, the Preamble and the fundamental rights of the citizens through enactments that explained right to equality, freedom of speech and expression, and child labour. They expressed their gratitude towards the unsung heroes of the present times by acknowledging their compassionate services towards the society.

Bharat Meri Shaan morning assembly helped students understand the importance of knowing and performing their duties while enjoying their rights. They also presented soulful patriotic rendition, dance and poem as part of the celebration. The event ended on a melodious note with the school orchestra performing a musical compilation of Vande Mataram. It was a patriotically inspiring celebration that encouraged love and respect for the nation.
